The 20th Annual International Conference will be held in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia, June 16-18, 2010. The pre-conference on June 16 will consist of a day in Columbus, Georgia, a servant-leader city. Buses will leave from the Sheraton Atlanta in the morning and return to the hotel from Columbus that evening. During the morning, attendees will visit organizations in Columbus that are applying servant leadership principles. The afternoon will be at the Convention & Trade Center in Columbus, where attendees will enjoy a luncheon with a featured speaker, and then attend workshops. The regular conference will be held the next two days, June 17-18, at the Sheraton Atlanta. There will be five featured speakers and more than 20 concurrent workshops. The conference will conclude on Friday night, June 18, with a Celebration Dinner.
Call for Workshops for 2010 Conference
The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership invites proposals for workshops at the 20th Annual International Conference, which will be held in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia, June 16-18, 2010. The preconference workshops will be held at the Convention & Trade Center in Columbus on the afternoon of June 16. The regular conference workshops will be held on June 17-18 at the Sheraton Atlanta.
Each workshop will be 90 minutes. You may propose any format for the workshop—a presentation, slides or video clips, audience participation, small group work, or any combination. Topics should relate to servant-leaders and/or servant leadership.
Proposals should include a description of the workshop, biographical information about the presenter(s), and full contact information for the proposer. It is suggested that proposals be no more than 500 words.
